When you think that you have an important party or some kind of function that you should host, do you ever start have mixed feeling about just getting it done? Remember that you should have a budget and stick to it. If your budget only allows you to to throw a desert party, this would be a good choice. In other words you do not have to impress your guests. Everything that you make be sure that you have made it before and that you are comfortable with making it. Do not think about trying a new recipe at a time like this, save it for another time.
