Sit-ups - Are strong abs what you want to replace your belly with? If you just discipline yourself, you’ll be able to get those abs. All you need to do is do at least 10 to 15 sit-ups each morning when you get up or before you eat. When you do this, your belly fat will decrease and you’ll be able to get a good workout too. As your body gets used to doing the sit-ups, increase the amount.
Stretch exercises – These will really help your muscles and the rest of your body. These can be exercises that you do in Yoga sessions or Pilates activities. And you don’t have to spend much to do these. And it would even be enough to just do swimming or running stretches. Just be sure to sweat though so that it’s effective.
Leg workouts - A lot of fats are stored in the thighs and these problem fats are really quite difficult to get rid of. But simple jogs around the park and even few short sprints can help you out. Walking is usually the best thing to do but you need to have the time and walk a long distance to really get the sweat pouring and the muscles working to get rid of the fats in your body.
