You can make your baby shower memorable and not just another party guests may forget. There are lots of way to be innovative and creative with your party. A really fun baby shower will be with great friends, many laughs and creative ideas. Making your party a success may just be a matter of choosing an unusual theme for the party. Other aspect of a baby shower are baby shower etiquette and baby shower decoration.

The following is a theme idea you may want to use that is not too hard to put together. You will need paper, onesies, markers, small paint brusher or rubber stamps, paint and stencils. The theme is onesies and is called Baby Onesie Painting Party. The idea is for each guest to create a unique onesie for the new baby so each guest will need a stamp or some paint and a onesie. All the onesies that the new baby will have and will need will be a very special and original creation made by all your friends. . There are other areas of the Baby Shower we will not cover in this article like baby diaper cakes.

Another very unique baby shower theme is the Around the World Baby theme where each person attending the party brings a gift from a different country. If, for instance, guest #1 has a gift that is from Asia, then guest #2 will bring a gift that represents Germany and so on. The apparel of each country that is represented in a gift would also be worn by the guest who brings the gift from that country.

A very different idea for a theme is called Baby in a Bottle. This is a theme for a party where the idea is the message in a bottle. Each person will have a bottle and will write a unique message or blessing on a letter sized piece of paper and then will roll it up to put it in a bottle and sealed up with a cork. The message for the bottle can be something special for the new baby to read and enjoy when they get older or just a wish for a long and happy life. If your guests are willing, they can each dress as Genies or even watch a movie that goes along with the theme of the party.
