You cannot deny it, the sport of airsoft is here to stay. As we seek more and more entertainment, the appeal of high octane, realistic situations will become more and more important, and airsoft will start to dominate over paintballing. And because of the affordable range pricing and better features than that of a spring airsoft rifle, electric airsoft rifles will continue to be bought at an accelerated rate.

These guns may come with lots of accessories. Anything from scopes, red dot lasers, to extra magazines, batteries and chargers may accompany a basic electric airsoft rifle. And because they are modeled off the real life thing, they are extremely life like and cater to an aged audience, as well as kids.

Two of the more popular electric airsoft rifles include the M83 M16 airsoft gun. The M83 is modeled after the real M16 used by the US military and others. It is a fully or semi automatic electric airsoft rifle that shoots at approximately 240 feet per second (FPS) and comes with lots of additional stuff like a flashlight, red dot laser, rechargeable battery and more.

The CM.023 MP5 is another electric airsoft rifle favorite. This fully automatic airsoft gun is modeled after the actual SD6, and is a streamlined gun that advanced airsoft players want. Equipped with an electric cross hair gun sight, hinged semi automatic magazine and cocking handle, this gun is sure to be enjoyable. This hard hitting gun can fire at 330-350 FPS.
